Accusation of rape against Eric Zemmour’s adviser Olivier Ubéda: the complaint is dismissed

The complaint for rape against Eric Zemmour’s “events” adviser, Olivier Ubéda, was dismissed on Wednesday February 23, “for lack of a sufficiently serious offence”learned franceinfo from the Paris prosecutor’s office, confirming information from Europe 1.

Aged 51, Olivier Ubéda is notably responsible for organizing meetings for candidate Eric Zemmour during this presidential election. Before joining Eric Zemmour last September, Olivier Ubéda was known for having participated in the organization of the victorious presidential campaign of Nicolas Sarkozy, in 2007. He had been responsible for public relations for the UMP between 2002 and 2004.
