According to media reports, Nusrat Bharuccha drinks apple-side vinegar in lukewarm water in the morning on an empty stomach.

Nusrat Bharucha Diet- The actress’s diet is quite balanced, which contains the right amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, due to which there is energy in your body, which gives you the courage to work throughout the day.

Breakfast- Nusrat drinks smoothie in breakfast. Apart from this, she also likes to eat upma or idli sometimes. Nusrat Bharucha loves to eat upma made by her mother.

Lunch- For the day, the actress eats a bowl of vegetables, lentils and salad along with a roti made of multigrain flour.

Dinner- Nusrat likes to have paneer, tofu salad or soup for dinner. During the night, the actress avoids heavy food and finishes her dinner before 8 o’clock.

Favorite Sweet- Nusrat is very fond of eating sweets. Although she likes all kinds of sweets, but her favorite is brownie and cheese cake. Apart from this, she always keeps protein bars and cookies in her bag.

Favorite munching food- Whenever Nusrat is out for shooting, she definitely keeps roasted dryfruits with her, so that she can eat something healthy when she is hungry.
