Arjun Bijlani was a victim of depression at one time, the actor told the heart-wrenching truth of his bad days

TV actor Arjun Bijlani is very much liked by the audience due to his many famous roles. Along with this, the actor has also done many reality shows. Recently, Arjun had reached a press conference for his new web series Ruhaaniat, where he talked about many things.

Speaking exclusively to ETimes TV, Arjun said, “As an actor, you always want to step out of your comfort zone and play a character that is challenging. Saveer is the character that I thought of as an actor. It was something I would enjoy doing. My directors convinced me that I should do it and I can do it.”

Interestingly, to promote the show, Arjun posted a photo on social media which read, ‘Forever love is a lie’. Since this is the tagline of his web series, many of his friends and fans thought that there was trouble in his marriage with Neha. Because of this, Arjun shared another post clarifying everything. To this he said, “I got a lot of calls because everyone thought there was something wrong between me and Neha and it wasn’t. It was so much fun because we are doing a show together. Everyone thought there was no fight there. Done. So, I had to give a clarity that I am promoting my show and not personal.”

Arjun spoke about the tough times and the lessons it taught him. He said, “I was really sad. I was not given the kind of roles that I wanted to do. I also thought I would do big things and I didn’t say a lot of things. You know you have to make some decisions. But regret it. I was sad because this was happening after ‘Mile Jab Hum Tum’.” He further added, “At that time I told myself that just because something is not happening at a particular time, it does not mean that you are not capable of achieving things.”

When asked, ‘Should there be a sequel to Miley Jab Hum Tum’? The actor smiled and said, “I wish it would come back. It is a show that has been very close to me. It was very colourful, real and full of fun. I want all four of us to come back and do ‘Mile Jab Hum Tum’.” Web shows came.”
