Aryan Khan Drug Case: There has been a new change in the drugs case of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan. It is being said that the agency was to file the charge sheet on April 2. ANI shared an update on Twitter which read, “Aryan Khan drugs-on-cruise case. NCB’s SIT seeks additional time of 90 days to file the Mumbai Sessions Court. Chargesheet filed in this case by April 2. Had to do it.”

The drugs case has been handed over to the NCB’s SIT and Aryan Khan has been relieved from recording his presence at the NCB Mumbai office every Friday in connection with the case. A single bench of Justice N W Sambre said the condition imposed while granting bail to Aryan Khan has been modified that he will have to appear in the NCB office every Friday. Aryan is not allowed to meet any of the accused, including his friend Arbaaz. He has also had to surrender his passport.

In October 2021, Aryan was arrested along with his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha after NCB raided a cruise and busted a drug party. The raid was led by NCB officer Sameer Wankhede. After spending 25 days in jail, Aryan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court. His bail plea was earlier rejected by a sessions court and a special NDPS court.

Meanwhile, Aryan is now often seen being spotted in the city. He was recently seen attending Apoorva Mehta’s birthday party with his mother Gauri Khan. There is also news that he is busy writing web series. Along with this, Aryan was also seen in IPL matches.
