The transfer of the two former members of the Érignac commando, Pierre Alessandri and Alain Ferrandi, was underway on Monday April 11 to the Corsican prison of Borgo, learned France Bleu Frequenza Mora from concordant sources.

The two detainees, sentenced in 2003 to life imprisonment for the assassination of the prefect Claude Érignac with Yvan Colonna, are currently detained at the central house in Poissy (Yvelines). They were taken from their cell around 8 a.m. to be taken to Villacoublay. They flew mid-morning to Bastia-Poretta airport.

This rapprochement, which had been demanded for a long time, was made possible by the lifting, on March 11, of their status as “particularly reported detainee” by Prime Minister Jean Castex, ten days after the murder of Yvan Colonna within the central house of Arles (Bouches-du-Rhône) by another prisoner. On March 22, the Prime Minister announced this transfer “by mid-April”.
