In life, Marion is a gastroenterologist. When she learned that the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region was launching a vast Covid-19 screening campaign before the holiday season, she immediately made herself known to help. This Friday, she was thus assigned to the ephemeral center deployed by the town hall of 2e arrondissement of Lyon, to perform antigen tests and deliver the results to patients. “We started at 8:45 this morning, it will soon be noon, and we did not stop for a second, there are people continuously”, she breathes.
Here, several health professionals will take turns until Sunday evening in teams of two. The first tests, the other analyzes and gives the results to the patient, in about twenty minutes. At the entrance to the center, elected officials and municipal volunteers take care of the reception and entry of computer files, sent to the CPAM via the Sidep software.
