Drugs case: NCB sends summons to manager of Deepika Padukone, sleepless in Bollywood

Bollywood Drugs Connection was scheduled to appear before Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials to actress Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash, but she did not turn up. NCB sources say that Karishma Prakash’s name came up in the interrogation of some peddlers. Who the peddlers were, has not been revealed, but what is significant is that last Friday, the NCB arrested taxi driver Sahil Mazhar Ali from Pune. He had a Bollywood connection. He used to supply drugs to Agicillos Demetriades, brother of Grabiella Demetriades, girlfriend of Arjun Rampal.

The next day after Sahil’s arrest, NCB arrested TV actress Preetika Chauhan and peddler Faizal from Versova. During his interrogation, it was found that this drug had reached him through some Deepak Rathore of Versova. On the same day, a team of NCB joint director Sameer Wankhede seized cocaine from a Tanzanian brew John from Mohammad Ali Road in Mumbai. In his interrogation, the name of Rohit Diamond of Andheri was revealed. A lot of drugs were also found from him. On Monday, 39-year-old foreign national Joshua Crasato was arrested from Bandra. All kinds of drugs like hemp, hashish, cocaine have also been found from him.

Joint director Sameer Wankhede said that Joshua not only consumed drugs, he also supplied him in Mumbai. The NCB is the central investigative agency. She does not indulge in small amounts of drugs, so it is believed that the links of half a dozen arrests that have been made from last Friday to this Monday from Pune to Mumbai are definitely going to increase the trouble of some more Bollywood celebrities in the coming days.
