A 31-year-old woman was found dead this Friday, July 2 around 10 a.m. by the police in Bordeaux in the Saint-Augustin district. Her ex-spouse was arrested at noon by the RAID in Mérignac.
According to the first information available to us, a 31-year-old woman died this Friday, July 2 in the morning in the Saint-Augustin district in Bordeaux, victim of stab wounds, especially in the neck.
The alleged perpetrator, her ex-spouse, was no longer there when the police arrived, but a stabbing weapon was found there.
It is the neighborhood which would have alerted the police around 9.40 am. Once there, the emergency services could not do anything to save the young woman.
Her ex-spouse, aged 37, was arrested by the RAID around noon rue Emile Combes, in Merignac. He was holed up in his home, a few hundred meters from that of his ex-wife.
The victim was the mother of a six-year-old girl, who was at school at the time of the incident, according to information provided by the police.
According to AFP information, the ex-spouse was taken into police custody Monday, June 28 for telephone harassment targeting his ex-spouse.
