Actually research students of China Medical University and Qatar University have done some research on eggs. In which he has disclosed that the risk of diabetes increases manifold by eating more than one egg in a day.

Research in the British Journal of Nutrition has revealed that the consumption of 38 grams of eggs daily increases the risk of diabetes by 25 percent. At the same time, if this quantity is increased to 50 grams daily, then the risk of diabetes can increase up to 60 percent.

Some doctors believe that by improving poor lifestyle and eating habits, the risk of diabetes can be reduced. Bitter gourd, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, green vegetables can be included in your diet to prevent diabetes. At the same time, avoiding potatoes, rice, peas, chickpeas, sweet potatoes and pumpkin is important to avoid diabetes.
