Ingredients for Dahi Papdi
- All purpose flour – 1 cup
- Oil – 3 tsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
- Curd – 1 cup fresh
- Black salt – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Sweet chutney – 2 tbsp
- Green chutney – 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate – 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- fine sev
- salt and chaat masala as per taste
Dahi Papdi Chaat Recipe
1- To prepare Dahi Papdi, first of all, knead the dough by adding salt, cumin and oil to the flour.
2- You have to knead soft dough for this and keep it covered for 20 minutes.
3- Now make small balls out of this dough and make small but thick puris.
4- Heat oil in a kadhai. Then fry it on low flame till it becomes golden.
5- Now to prepare the chaat, add salt and sugar to the curd and mix it.
6- Now take a plate and first break the papdi in it.
7- Now add sweet chutney, green coriander chutney, roasted cumin, mash it with a little hand.
8- Now put pomegranate, red chili powder and finely chopped onions on it.
9- Put sev on top of papdi and serve hot curd papdi chaat.
10- You can feed this papdi chaat to the guests who come home on Holi.
