According to Dr. Amit Gupta, “It is advised that parents limit their children’s screen time to no more than two hours every day. Sharing her views on this issue, Fertility and IVF Consultant Gynecologist Dr. Arokia Virgin Fernando advises, “Children under 2 years of age should be given only two or three times a week for 1 hour and that too for education. Screen time should be given for children in the age group of 2 to 5 years should use gadgets for 1 hour every day for the purpose of education. Children of 6 years and above should not use more than 2 hours of screen every day Shouldn’t be allowed.”
