How to reduce oil intake during cooking and eating? FSSAI suggested four minor work measures

Generally people talk about healthy food, but nobody says how to make food healthy using at least oil. If you also want to know how to cook using the least oil, then some easy measures have been suggested for you by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). With the help of the mentioned methods, you can consume less oil during cooking and eating.

Why is excessive oil harmful?

Essential fat is found in all types of oil. Fat gets collected in the walls of the artery by using a large amount of oil during cooking. Due to which blood flow may be obstructed. Due to this, there is a condition of increase in weight including heart attack, stroke, breast cancer, diabetes, hypertension, joint pain.

How to control oil intake?

Bake, roast or steam your food instead of frying it

Choose boiled, roasted or baked snacks instead of fried or processed snacks.

Instead of pouring out of the bottle for use, control the amount of oil by measuring it with the help of a spoon.

Use a combination of oils to get all the essential fatty acids. Use semolina oil, rice bran oil (rice bran oil), flaxseed oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, mustard and coconut oil
