Arbaaz and Munmun will also be released
The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Aryan Khan as well as co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the cruise drugs case. Along with Aryan, these three will also be released. While Aryan and Arbaaz are lodged in Arthur Road jail, Munmun Dhamecha is in Byculla jail. Along with these three, 5 others were detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau on the night of 2 October from a cruise going from Mumbai to Goa. Later on October 3, all 8 were arrested.
5 out of 20 accused got bail
All the 8 accused including Aryan Khan were kept in NCB remand by the court for four days. Whereas after that sent to 14 days judicial custody. Aryan was not granted bail by the Magistrate Court and Sessions Court. For this reason, the period of his judicial custody was extended to 30 October. NCB has arrested a total of 20 people in the drugs case. Two of these people got bail on Tuesday.
