Kartik Aaryan fitness trainer Samir Jaura shares 5 simple exercises: Celebrity fitness trainer Samir Jaura started his career almost 30 years ago, when fitness was not given so much attention in Bollywood. But today if you do not have six-pack abs, then you are not counted among the top stars. Samir Jaura, who was Farhan Akhtar’s personal trainer for 17 years, helped him a lot for his transformation in films like ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ and ‘Toofan’. Currently, Joura is training Karthik Aryan. Sameer has told 5 such simple exercises, which will see changes in your body. Also, you do not need any equipment for these and they can be easily done at home.

Push-ups- Push-ups are a great body-weight workout to increase upper body strength. This strengthens the chest, shoulders, triceps and can also be beneficial for your core and lower back.

Pull ups- Pull ups do more than just strengthen your back, arms and shoulders. They also build your grip strength, which can come in handy for any sport or activity.

Skipping- Jumping rope is a cardio exercise. Why? It’s easy, effective and a lot of fun.

Mountain climbers- Ab work is extremely important when it comes to body transformation. Climbing cardio also increases your heart rate, allowing your body to burn more calories than usual.

Squats- Squats, whether weighted or body-weight, are great for toning your lower body, strengthening your core.
