Keep your lungs fit during the corona period, make these changes in habit today

The new Kovid-19 strain is damaging them by attacking the lungs rapidly. In this, people are having trouble breathing and the lungs are affected. There have been many cases of falling oxygen levels. In such a situation, you need to keep your lungs strong.

Lungs provide oxygen to the entire body. If oxygen is not reaching your body properly then you may have problems. Metabolism of cells is also affected due to lack of oxygen. Therefore, you should pay great attention to the health of your lungs. For your lungs to work properly, you should also do some exercise. Exercising makes it easier for the lungs to manage airflow and oxygen levels. Today we are telling you 5 easy exercises to keep lung health, you can do these regularly.

1- First you sit in a quiet and open place. Close your eyes and feel the surrounding environment. Now slowly fill the deep breath till the stomach. Hold the breath as much as possible and then exhale slowly.

2- While doing the second exercise, you have to keep one hand on the stomach and the other hand on the chest. Now take a breath and feel that your lungs are getting strengthened due to the oxygen present in the air. When you exhale, feel that all the diseases are coming out of the body.

3- In this exercise, the duration of breathing and exhalation should be same. That is, while breathing, count up to 5 in the mind and while exhaling, count to 5 as well. Your breathing and exhaling time should be the same.

4- Take care to wear comfortable clothes while exercising. Now breathe very comfortably and release. Do not apply too much power, do it comfortably for 10 to 20 minutes.

5- In this exercise, take a deep breath first, when the lungs swell, then stop the breath for maximum time. See how long you can hold your breath. Do this 2-3 times a day and increase the duration of the breath every 2 to 3 seconds. If you hold your breath for more than 25 seconds, then there is no problem in your lungs.

Make these changes in diet

To make the lungs strong, you should avoid smoking, drink. If you have been infected with Corona, then you should include a high protein diet in your diet. Those who eat non-veg should eat chicken, mutton and fish. More oil and ghee should be eaten in less quantity. Egg is also a good source of protein. Soybeans and cheese are a good source of protein for vegetarian people. Eat fresh fruit and drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water.
