Healthy Corn Pulao Recipe
1- First of all, turn on the gas and keep the cooker on medium flame.
2- Now add 2 tsp vegetable oil and 1-2 tsp ghee in it.
3- First of all add the spices, in which 2 bay leaves, 2 star anise, 2 big cardamom, a little mace, a piece of cinnamon.
4- Now add 1 chopped onion in it, fry the onion till it turns brown.
5- Now add spices to it, in which add 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix.
6- Add 1 tsp garam masala powder, 3-4 cloves and 5-6 black pepper in it.
7- Now add about half a cup of fresh corn to it and stir.
8- Add some water so that the spices do not stick.
9- Now put soaked rice in it and put twice as much water as the rice.
10- You will cook it on medium flame for 2-3 whistles, that is, about 15 minutes.
11- Your veg corn casserole is ready, eat it hot.
