Knead paratha dough like this- Whenever you knead the dough for the paratha, add some salt and ghee to it. If you are taking a cup of flour, then put 1 teaspoon of melted ghee in it. Now mix 1/4 teaspoon salt in the flour and combine it with the help of water. Keep in mind that you do not have to knead the dough yet. Pour 2-3 spoons of water on the combined dough and cover it with a plate. When you want to make parathas, knead the dough well with hands for 4-5 minutes. Dough for making parathas is ready.
Knead the dough by adding curd- You can also use curd to knead the dough to make soft parathas. Although the curd should be absolutely fresh. Combine the flour and curd while mixing. You also keep adding water little by little in it. Now cover the dough and after 5 to 6 minutes when the parathas are to be made, knead the dough again.
Knead the dough by mixing baking soda- To make the parathas soft, mix 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in 2 cups of flour. Now combine this dough and keep it for a while. After 6 to 7 minutes knead the dough again after adding some water. This will make your parantha soft.
Make a layer in the paratha like this- First, roll out the dough into the shape of a roti. Now apply good ghee or oil from which you are making it in each layer. Now roll the paratha and roast it on medium flame. With this your paratha will be ready to be absolutely perfect and soft.
