Potato Nuggets Recipe
1- To make potato nuggets, first you take 1 cup boiled potatoes. Peel them and mash them well.
2- Now add cup grated cheese, 2 table-spoon cornflour, cup bread crumbs, add 1 table spoon crushed red chili, salt as per taste and mix all the things well.
3- Now cover this material in a vessel and keep it. Keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
4- After 30 minutes divide this material into 4 parts.
5- Now by applying flour on a flat place, roll the potatoes with your hands and make a roll of about 350 mm length.
6- Now with a knife, cut this disease equally into about 15 parts.
7- For deep frying, heat oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep fry the potato nuggets till they turn golden from all sides.
8- After frying the potato nuggets, take them out on a tissue paper and serve hot potato nuggets with tomato ketchup and tea.
