  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt
  • amchur powder 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • sugar 3 tbsp
  • water 3 cups
  • Ghee
  • Green coriander leaves chopped
  • Ginger
  • Green chilli

First of all, heat a pan and add ghee to it. When the ghee becomes hot, add fenugreek seeds and let it crackle. Now add satafal to it and mix it well. Now add spices to it. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt and mix the cilantro well with the spices. Now add water and cover it and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Now cook it till the water dries up completely. When the water starts drying, add garam masala, chai and mango powder and mix it well. Take your desi vegetable of Sitaphal is ready. Garnish it with finely chopped green coriander leaves and ginger and eat it with chana dal paratha or rice dal.
