The penalty fell. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his finance minister Rishi Sunak will be fined for breaking rules aimed at preventing Covid-19 contagion at parties in power circles in 2020 and 2021, a announced Tuesday April 12 a spokeswoman for Downing Street.
