Poha Samosa Recipe: Popular snack Samosa is liked by most of the people. Usually it is prepared with potato stuffing, but if you want, you can also add poha filling to make it healthy. Try this recipe of Crispy Poha Samosa-

1/2 cup brown rice poha
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tbsp refined oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp celery
How to make Poha Samosa
Firstly wash the poha thoroughly and keep it aside. Now wash the potato and cut it and boil it.
Now cool the potato and mash it in a bowl.
Add red chili powder, roasted cumin, mango powder, salt and ginger paste to it. Now add the poha and mix it well.
Knead the dough by mixing all purpose flour, carom seeds, salt and oil in a bowl.
Make small rotis from it and cut them in half and make cones.
Fill the potato poha mixture in the cone. Make it in the shape of samosa.
Now heat the air fryer at 180 degree Celsius for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, apply a little oil with the help of a brush in the tray and keep the samosas in it.
Bake it for 5 to 10 minutes.
You can also bake samosas in microwave or oven.
