Salman Khan’s fitness: Trainer reveals secrets, Rakesh Udiyar tells what he does to stay fit

Salman Khan has always been very conscious about fitness. Talking about the top stars in the industry, people give examples of their body and their fitness. Stars also have to adapt a lot in their character and Salman has also gone through these many times. According to his role, he has to undergo physical transformation so that he looks perfect in that character.

Salman’s fitness expert Rakesh Udiyar recently told about Salman Khan’s fitness routine in an interview given to a news portal. He told how Salman is so fit and handsome even at this age, what he does to keep himself fit.


He told that Salman does cardio every day, without taking any break and this habit he developed from his young age, when he was also a national level swimmer.


Udiyar said in a conversation with Mid Day that Salman starts his day with cardio for hours before going on weight training. The actors also do long walks and hiking sessions at his farm house which lasts for about two hours.

He also told that Salman is a very conscious lifter and he now lifts light weights instead of lifting heavy weights.
