4- Papaya- Papaya is a fruit available in all seasons. Papaya is rich in Vitamin C. It contains a digestive enzyme called papain and fiber, which keeps the stomach good.
5- Orange Oranges are also available a lot in winter. Consuming one orange daily in orange fruits helps in meeting the requirements of vitamin C. Calcium is also found in oranges. This makes immunity strong.
