Other symptoms- Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause other problems in many people, such as pale skin color, yellow or red color of the tongue, mouth ulcers, a needle-like prick or sensation in the skin There may also be weakness of eyesight, irritability, depression. Vitamin B12 deficiency can also lead to a decline in mental abilities.
