Makhni Pasta Recipe: If you want to make a delicious dish in a quick snack, then try this recipe of Makhani Pasta. Its taste and flavor will be completely different and amazing from regular pasta. Know how to make it-

material

To make Gravy-
1 tbsp butter
1 onion chopped
2 large tomatoes chopped
1 small piece ginger
4 garlic
1/2 tsp dega chili
5 cashew nuts
salt to taste

to make pasta
2 cups boiled pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tbsp coriander leaves
fresh cream
salt to taste

how to make

For Makhani Pasta, first make Makhani Sauce.
For this put tomatoes in a cooker. Add cashew, ginger, onion, green chili, two to three cardamom, garlic and degi chili powder and cook it with little water.
Allow two to three whistles. When the tomatoes are cooked, blend it and after blending, sieve it in a bowl. This will separate the skin and tomato seeds.
Now heat a pan. Add butter, green chili and ginger to it and fry.
Now add Makhani sauce to it. Let the sauce come to a boil and cook it for a while on low flame.

to make pasta

Add pasta and salt to the boiled water. Boil it for 7 to 8 minutes.
After boiling, sieve the pasta in a bowl and mix it well in the sauce.
Add a pinch of kasoori fenugreek, coriander leaves and fresh cream to it.
Makhani Sauce Pasta is ready. Serve it hot.
